Product Overview
The Caspase-3 cell assay kit is used to measure caspase-3 and caspase-3-like activity (DEVDase) in cell extracts. The kit contains all the reagents needed to prepare cell extracts, measure caspase-3 activity and calibrate the assay. In addition, caspase-3 enzyme is included as a positive control for testing cell extracts for endogenous inhibitors. A rapid assay can be performed on a 96-well plate.
