Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a physical process in which atomic nuclei with non-zero magnetic moments, undergoes Zeeman splitting of the spin energy level under the action of an external magnetic field, and resonantly absorbs radiofrequency radiation of a certain frequency. NMR spectroscopy technology has always been the main analysis technology for the structural information of organic compounds and biomolecules, because in many cases, it can provide valuable structural information of the entire molecule through a set of analysis tests.
