 Description

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the most important antioxidant enzymes. Superoxide dismutase has antioxidant and anti-aging effects, and its mechanism of action is mainly to scavenge superoxide anion radicals (O2-) that are harmful to the body. Superoxide dismutase is a promising new medicinal enzyme for the treatment of diseases caused by superoxide radicals (O2-) such as oxygen toxicity, acute inflammation, various autoimmune diseases, irradiation diseases and age-related cataracts. Superoxide dismutase is being investigated as an anti-aging drug.
